UrbanNisa has Exchange services. If you don't like the product you can exchange it with the same or different style in the same or different fabric options or the same or different colour shades. 

You need to place a fresh COD order of the required style in the required shade and fabric. Share the order ID with us. We will adjust this order’s value with your previously paid amount. In parallel, our team will raise the return shipment for your previous packet

Exchange Assurance

With 'Exchange Assurance' service, you get  5 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or exchange the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast:

Exchanges are not applicable if the item is sold under any discount or campaign and the order shows the discount applied.

Pl Note: The easy Exchange is not applicable for odd-combinations of size & length, as well as extreme sizes (XS, 3XL, 4XL and lengths below 52 inches etc), as well as low price items below price Rs 500. Customer has to bear the price of Exchange fee and shipping fee in case if it is required.

Pincodes in Service Scope

All pincodes across India are applicable for free Exchange. Customized orders are exceptions to this scope. For the pincodes, from where the reverse pickup is not available or they are expansive than our agreed range then we request customer to arrange the pickup. UrbanNisa can afford only the general rates of exchange under Free & Easy Exchange policy.

In addition, not all products on UrbanNisa.com include the Free Exchange service. The seller can choose whether or not to offer this extra service. Sellers that offer the Free Exchange service will have a label or icon on their product details page confirming this service is available.

Exchange Shipment Fee

Exchange packages via a designated local Exchange service point or via a door-to-door pickup service is chargeable. At times, under certain campaign, this can be free as offer. But policy-wise exchange is chargeable. 

How many times I can exchange?

You can only enjoy one-time  Exchange for one order. If you initiate multiple Exhange requests under an order, will not be considered. Therefore, please consider Exhanging jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.

Exchange Options

We have a few fabric options. Customer can ask the style in required fabric. Availability of required style in the required fabric will be dependent on the stock, colour shade availability. 

The entire amount paid by customer  in the first order will be adjusted to the new one, once she share the new order number of the required style.

We may have following fabric alternatives in many colour shades for exchange. Customer has to bear the difference of cost depending on the style and fabric option required.

• Lycra
• Indian Nida ( Rs 200 – Rs 400 can be additional if return abaya is on Lycra)
• Imported Korean Nida (Rs 600 – Rs 800 can be additional if return abaya is on Indian Nida)
• Imported Cey Fabric (Rs 600 – Rs 800 can be additional if return abaya is on Indian Nida)
